 we stopped into our soon-to-be new house to check out the progress.  maeby was instantly in love with her room (it's getting painted the same as her current room, so she's very familiar with the color already) and wanted to "help."

maeby crossed the state line into texas in style.  although it was late november, a sleeveless dress was in order due to typical texas weather.

where the heart is

 if you've ever seen the movie, then you know natalie portman's character lives in a wal*mart.  she relies on supplies throughout the store to sustain herself and returns things back to normal before they reopen.  ikea is way up high on our list of places we could secretly live in (but trust me, this won't ever happen).

 the kids had a playdate with their friend, mr x.  maeby needed to wear something stylish, yet comfy so she could keep up with the boys.
